New Year, New You includes 6 sessions with life and career coach, Kyla Martin, and 6 sessions with wellness coach, Rebecca Valdez. Each coach provides goal setting, assessments, actionable planning, support and follow up. Depending on your location, sessions can either be in person or virtual.
Additional options include: Wellness – Meal planning, pantry clean out, exercise and dining on-the-go program; private tennis lessons. Coaching – Strengths inventory/assessment and analysis; group coaching.

About Rebecca Valdez: As a Health, Wellness and Fitness expert, Rebecca has a reputation for empowering her clients to adopt better health behaviors and ultimately lead their best life. Combining infectious enthusiasm, expertise and fun, Fortune 500 corporations, health care systems and individuals across the country seek her out to design and deliver customized wellness programs. Rebecca earned a bachelor's in Health, Exercise and Sports Sciences from Texas Tech University where she was a Division 1 volleyball player. She also is a Certified Personal Trainer and Ortho-Kinetics® Professional Trainer.
