Kyla’s passion is uncovering and applying purpose in both people and organizations.
For the past 25 years, she has guided new college grads, entrepreneurs, full-time moms, individual contributors, managers and executives at Fortune 500 companies to maximize strengths and pursue passion.
Often called the "Purpose Whisperer," Kyla is impassioned to unearth her client's strengths and passions to co-create the life and career they imagined.
Kyla has developed coaching and communication surrounding organizational transformation, including speech writing for numerous Fortune 500 executives such as Michael Dell, CEO of Dell Technologies.
Today Kyla is principal with Kyla Martin Coaching and Consulting, which serves an international client base in career and purpose coaching.
Her 25-year adventures include Hewlett Packard, PepsiCo, Dell, Susan G. Komen, The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Governing magazine and 3D Systems in London.
Kyla earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Texas Christian University, and a Master of Liberal Arts with an emphasis in Communication and Psychology from Southern Methodist University. She also spent a semester at The University of London studying the European Union.
She lives in the Dallas area, but has a crush on Colorado – and always has her passport handy.
Kyla is honored to donate a portion of her revenue to non-profits close to her heart, including global relief and no-cost auto repair.
